Customers may opt in to receive text messages by:
Filling out a service request form on our website
Checking the SMS consent checkbox within our online forms
Texting a designated keyword (if used in future campaigns)
Verbally requesting SMS updates during scheduling (documented by staff)
Before opting in, customers are informed that:

Message and data rates may apply
They may opt out at any time by texting STOP
SMS consent is not shared with third parties.
Opt-Out Process

To stop receiving messages:
Text STOP to any message we send
After sending STOP, the customer will receive:
“You have successfully opted out. You will no longer receive messages from Hot Water Heroes Plumbing.”
No additional messages will be sent unless the customer opts in again.
Help Command
Customers may request assistance at any time by texting HELP.
They will receive:
“Hot Water Heroes Plumbing Support: For help, visit https://hotwaterheroesplumbing.com or email support@hotwaterheroesplumbing.com.”
Compliance Statement
Opt-out must be available via text message, and we fully support this requirement.
All STOP requests are honored across all messaging types (transactional + marketing).
Opt-in status is never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties.
Our system automatically updates subscriber status to ensure immediate compliance.
